I Need Help!
yesterday I also made a payment by mistake a week before my payday, right after the payment was made and asked me if I wanted to cancel and I clicked cancel payment button… In a frenzy, I went into history and tried to manually cancel it just in case, however , there was no cancel payment button for the payment that was "processing". I assumed it was because I already canceled the payment immediately after I pressed the payment button.
Now four days later the payment came out, I'm overdrafted, I don't get paid until next week, and I tried to cancel the payment for which the button is now showing, but every time I do so it says failure!
I need someone from Verizon to help me with this because I can't get anyone on the phone it says it's after business hours but that's the only time I'm home.
