I've seen other reports of this and have had the exact same issues as reported here http://forums.verizon.com/t5/My-Verizon-Account-Residential/Order-Pending/m-p/609722/highlight/true#M7806
I have now been on the phone for almost 2 hours with 2 dropped calls to dead air, and 5 different representatives today with everyone referring me to another department. It seems posting in the forums is the only way to get a proper trouble ticket started.
Please help me!

Could you please provide a brief description the issue you are reporting?
I can log into the Verizon website and view my account with no issues. After that point if i select Add/Upgrade services (as in changing my TV Package, adding a premium channel, Internet speed etc) I see at the top of the page the notice that a pending order is in progress and am unable to even view different packages as the website only shows what i currently have
