My Fios cable box rebooted constantly and then now has a solid red light. I tried everything that was suggested, no good. Please help

Click on link, scroll down, then open "what do lights mean".
Look at the bottom of the page for troubleshooting. Looks like a new box is needed.

Thanks, I have done that... I have a solid white with a Red light and no recording, none of the information on that link says anything about that.
