When I watch TV using Fios Box - everything is o.k.
When I use Tivo on almost all channels the picture break up (pixalation)
Using the same coax connection or a different one?
same coax with w/ spliter ------->Fios
------->Tivo Bolt
Couple if things to try.
1) Swap cables at splitter.
2) Swap boxes around.
This will help narrow down if it is splitter or coax connection.
