Verizon placed an underground Fios box in my yard (without my consent). Since this time there has been nothing but frustrations experienced. Such as the cover being left off one day and now unburied wires running through my yard to my neighbors. The wires that are buried and barely buried as well. When the box was first placed in my yard I was advised I had to be home so Verizon could work on the box because I have a dog that uses the dog door. What- I can not take off randomly when someone needs Fios work.
With all this how do I get the wires buried that run through my yard so that I can cut my grass or not worry about my son or dog tripping over the wires.
