I switched out the STB and the new box wont activate. spent over 2 hours on hold with tech support with no answer while on hold the whole time. what can i do?????
If you have more than 1 STB, try it on a conenction for another stb.
Can also try rebooting router.
If none of that works, try contacting support on twitter @verizonsupport.
They are fairly responsive.
