IP Address Question

It seems like I've been IP banned on a website that I visit from time to time. I read that a easy fix to this problem is to renew my DHCP Client from my routers settings. Just want clairification if this is true. If it is, where can I find the option to renew my DHCP Client in my router settings?

You do not say which router. So help is limited.

you can get a fresh dhcp with a release and renew.

after you release the dhcp unplug the router and wait 10 minutes and plug it back in.
