Need to know why FIOS Quantum TV (Enhanced Services) the option to “SET REMINDER” in the TV programming guide no longer exists. The only option you have is to “Record”. Is there a way to set a “TV Show Reminder” in the programming guide??
Being this is a user-to-user forum, I don't expect you'll get answer from Verizon to your question, but it has been discussed here:

Maybe that feature will come back sometime soon, and maybe it won't.
It is supossed to be coming back in the next major update, but of course things always change so we'll have to wait and see.
