Hi, I signed up for verizon fios through a VEC agent under the assumption that I was getting the 50/50 $39.99 deal. After I noticed that my bill was 49.99 the VEC agent promised to fix it. Since then he has gone dark and stopped responding to texts. He also promised to waive the $90 installation fee, a fee that remains on my bill. Frankly I'm getting a little frusterated with this agent's lack of responsiveness given that he is a representative of Verizon.
EDIT: I also called support and was simply told there was nothing that could be done since that was new customer pricing and I was no longer a new customer.
