DVR Name

Hello all, I've have an odd one here,

Every 24hrs my DVR STB named "Living Room" reverts to it's serial number or ID number(not sure). I set it here

on the Fios DVR manage web portal and it's good to go. Till tomorrow..

I've set it on the box itself and it stays named" Living Room" for the day, next day it reverts back again.

Recordings are there and nothing has been deleted..

Everything else is working fine, CID, VOD etc.. Any thoughts are welcomed,

Thanks for reaching out to the community FiosBilliam. Could you tell us what device you are viewing the STBs and status on? Are you viewing them via an app (like the Fios Mobile app) or looking at your list of STBs from one of cable box themselves?
