Fios is available for my neighbors but not me

Hello,

I am moving to a new address. Many neighbors on the block have fios connection but the address is not on your fios database and will let me set up DSL only. I don't understand how neighbors on both sides of the house and across the street can get access but I can't. Is this normal? Can someone from engineering look into why my address is different from all other addresses?
