I called and cancelled my service from Verizon after they unexpectedly raised our bill. The representative was nice and told me I would receive a refund within the next few weeks for the service that was not used.
A few weeks later, we received a bill for $95. I called verizon and they said to ignore it. It would take a few months for everything to catch up.
Now we are reported to a collection agency. I called again and they said they would escalate the situation. No word back. Now there is a mark on my credit report. And we spent 2 hours trying to reach someone there and no luck...
