I have been on the phone and with a live agent for the past couple days trying to have the renewed contract rate honored. Last month someone in retention emailed me and said it was resolved, I have him praised for honoring the contract. Because of the incorrect current invoice I called again, to hear that guy is no longer working at verizon. I have confirmation pages from when I renewed in may -that on line agent said to print every page in case there was a problem but I cant get anyone to honor the contract, just a lot of run a round. How do I get this resolved when I have paperwork and a confirmed email from verizon. I am baffled.
