As the subject states I have a Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 WiFi Cable Modem Router Combo (C7000v2) that I want to use instead of renting from Verizon. I have Internet and TV and From what I've read, I can use my own modem/router combo with a MoCa adapter instead of the unit from Verizon and all my services will work properly, On Demand, guide, etc..., correct? This is the adapter I plan on purchasing https://www.amazon.com/MOTOROLA-Adapter-Ethernet-Bonded-MM1000/dp/B077Y3SQXR/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?crid=FT0RGMGZVEUJ&keywords=moca+adapter&qid=1577485788&refinements=p_85%3A2470955011&rnid=2470954011&rps=1&s=electronics&sprefix=MoCa%2Celectronics%2C138&sr=1-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUFINFFUVzU1ME5EU1QmZW5jcnlwdGVkSWQ9QTAyMDUwMDYyMk9FMFVOTThMTzkxJmVuY3J5cHRlZEFkSWQ9QTA0NjYzNTIyTFpaTjRONTQzM0JQJndpZGdldE5hbWU9c3BfYXRmJmFjdGlvbj1jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ==
If so, I would connect the coaxial cable and ethernet that is going into the Verizon unit into the adapter. Coax into the network and another coax from the device port into my modem, correct? My modem/router would then provide me with internet/wifi and my cable that is hooked up via coax in another room would still work properly?
