I am trying to reach somone in Verizon to have the hard credit pull reversed. A couple of months back, I had checked prices online for my home address without setting up any new service and no appointment. I had also called to enquire about getting FIOS service. I had no idea that my credit report would be hard pulled. Today when I got my credit report I see a hard pull around those dates that I made those enquiries. I have not authorized this hard pull. I do not have Verizon srvice in any form. Can you please forward to me to the right person/department to handle this?
