huge black border on none hd channels

Well I just got a new box cause the old one was on its way out. So box works now but trying to watch tv on my favorite non hd channels and they got about 4 inch black boarder n the pictures squished, but hd channels are fine, did I hook something up wrong or is there a setting I need to fix?

You need to change the SD Override to Stretch in the video settings.
