New LG OLED TV voice not syncing with TV picture

Hi there, i recently moved and bought a new OLED TV from LG and the picture and the sound is completly out of sync that its at the point of unwatchable.

Any advice as i have searhed through the forums and found some things that didnt work for more than 1 minute

Normally the LG OLED's sync very well with Fios. Double check your LG's AV sound sync settings. You are best to check sync using a live show (news, sports,etc) as some recorded shows reloop sound. When they reloop sound they may introduce an out of sync in the program.

I was told by LG to turn off sync because I do not have external speakers.

Don't turn it off. Set to auto with 0 adjust.

Note that their is also Sync settings on some of the STB.
