I have a roku stick all of my apps were working until we upgraded to quantum. Now when I try to subscribe to any channel’s app it says I need Preferred HD or higher but we have Ultimate HD which is the highest one. I’ve reset my roku stick and nothing works. Any suggestions or a reason why I can no longer subscribe to TNT, TBS, ESPN etc.?
