Ever since I switched to Fios from DSL in May of this year, the online and paper bills, histories, and certain other contents in the Billing section is in Spanish which I don't speak and have never set that in any preference menu. I wouldn't put it pass Verizon to sneak it false charges in my bill since I don't understand the language. My billing histories for over two years have also disappeared from my account. I've called a gazillion times to multiple depts and either no one wanted to help or no one knew what to do. Has anyone encountered this problem before and know how to get it corrected?
