I had a particullary negative experience over the past 2 months with Verizon Fios agents regarding an outtage at my home. One agent promised me a specific credit and never adjusted my account. I had to reach back out to a new agent, who refused to honor the previous credit and said the issue was my fault for contacting after they closed a ticket? It was really bizarre. Any chance anyone can get me an email for customer support or customer retention?
