I am a long time residential and business customer. I contacted Verizon because my bill has gotten so high and I received a great offer from Cox to switch. I was ready to cancel. First I chatteed with an agent online who could not help me so I called in. After being put on hold for an extremely long time, I was told the agent was checking with a supervisor to see if they could match the offer or at least help lower my bill if I would stay. I was promised a phone call in 24 hours. That was several weeks ago. How can I reach retention or cancellation?
