Apple TV & Amazon Prime Apps disappeared from On Demand. How to add back?

Until recently we have been able to access the Apple TV & Amazon Prime apps in the On Demand options on the remote. These two apps suddenly disappeared. However, Netflix is still appearing as an option. I have current subscriptions with Apple TV & Amazon Prime so not sure why these suddenly disappeared from On Demand. Could someone help with directions on how to be able to access these accounts once again on FIOS. We are not technically savvy and haven't been able to figure this out so any guidance would be very much appreciated.
