Last week, i spent a bunch of money to upgrade to Enhanced Premium DVR and Gigabit internet.
i can not tell you how disappointed i am in the new system .
Every channel change, every menu item, the guide, everything has a slight lag on it. I find it sooo annoying and makes me very agrravated. This is one of the main reasons i switched from Optimum years ago. Now i am faced with this dilemma again. It is not a HUGE delay, but it is an delay none the less that was not there with the old system. I thought i was paying for "the best", and clearly this is not.
anybody have a simiilar situation, or any solutions? thank you
