I have spoken to 3 different CS reps to get an update on my security deposit refund after almost 3 years using FIOS. They all said I met the requirement to get the refund, but, they also all said they need to research on the "how" and would call me back shortly. The last call I made was at least a week ago. So far, I did not receive any call from Verizon. It took at least an hour each time to connect to a real person on the phone. Each time, they would transfer me to different numbers and eventually dropped my call. I used to think highly on Verizon's customer services. What a disappointment!
I’d appreciate any help on getting my $250 back.
