I contacted Verizon agent via chat to find out how I can lower my bill . He sent me a link which he asked me to review. I opened the link and did not like the price so i exited it out of it. Somehow ,next thig I know i am signed up for a new verizon contract I never agreed to! How is this even possible that and now I am told if i want to cancel the contract that I never agreed to in the first place I need to pay $350!
