I returned a cable card in late Sept/early Oct 2016. I called and was sent a box with a label, I put the card in the box and sent it back. I am still being billed and I have contacted Verizon several times via phone and chat and it is still on my account. I spent over 1 1/2 hours on chat yesterday and they kept assuring me they could help only to be told that I had to return the card. How can I get this fixed?
