The ones that you can are those channel(s) that have their own sites and allow ISP signons from Verizon.

Quantum TV users also can view using a Verizon app available for IOS and Android. Some have been able to get an Android similator to work on the PC, but that isn't easy. Apparently no PC or MAC apps are planned.
