ESPN Channels Out

Currently on hold for customer service, been for over an hour. Tried to connect with them yesterday as well. ESPN channels are currently listed as unavailable and set top box keeps having me press B to troubleshoot. Other channels work fine. Anyone else having this issue or have suggestions?

SOunds like something further up the line that Verizon will have to fix.

If you already reported this to verizon, I wouldn't wait on the line. They may have fowarded you to an area that doesn't have 24/7 customer support or is flooded with more calls then they can handle.
