I called Version yesterday, 10/3/17 and informed them that I would be moving with someone who already had Verizon. The customer service agent said that if I had proof of moving in with someone who already had Verizon, they could wave the termination fee. They required an order number. I got the order number and called back today, 10/4/17. They told me the information I got was false and instead of resolving the issue, they send me a termination email with $100 fee to pay. I've spent thousands of dollars over the yeas between cable, internet and cell phones at verizon and they now just lost a customer by not honoring their word.
