Fios TV Login Not Working

Hi there,

Haven't really seen anything directly related to my issue, so it must be fairly niche. I am a college student who has Fios at home and another account at my apartment off cmapus. My home account (which my email is linked to) has a TV subscription and I cant log in online to watch TV services on my laptop/gaming console.

When I am at my apartment (where we do not pay for TV) my log in does not work, and asks me to pay for TV. If my email is linked to a TV subscription, why am I blocked from using my subscription elsewhere?

If I go to any other network/service provider it works, just not another Fios connection apparently.

I'm just trying to watch the Olympics

Couple of things:

1) Is your email primary on account? If not, access to TV content has to be enabled.

2) I have read but can't confirm that not all packages also access to Olympics.

If you can't access any app using login, check #1 first.

My account is a sub-account, but I have access everywhere except for this other Fios network.

Are you using the same email for both accounts?

If so, it might be confusing the app when you are on your college account.

If they are different, then try support. I find twitter @verizonsupport to be helpful.
