We have 1 channel that is coming in pixelated all the time. We just added the new /INfo pack all the channels work fine except HD619 accuweather. Can someone check th CO or the VHO for ths channel since it is only the one channel?

They have been having a lot of problems with that channel. I do not believe the trouble is on your end.
