Do you guys know any email address that I reach verizon and clearly explain the issue with the billing. I keep on talking to the customer care representative and have to start from the beginning every time explaining the issue. Every time they say they have lodged the complain and will get back tme 48 hrs or some approximate time but one gets back to me. I just need to send them a detailed email explaining them the things wrongly handled in my bill and refer each reprsentative to the email so they already have a record rather than me spending hours to explain everything from scratch.
IF verzion is seeing this please look at the complains lodged and the issues that I have raised and get someone responsible to talk to me.
