I can't believe I have to go to the forums to do this. I need to speak to someone about my bill. When I call, the automated system will give me 3 options of which speaking to a representative is not included. It will repeat it once and then just hang up on me. There is no chat or any way of speaking to someone from the website.
Can someone give me a number or something where I can speak to someone about my account? I have auto-pay enabled. But my bill is not getting paid and it is much larger than it should be
