I recently added FIOS TV to my FIOS internet service and was charged a 69.99 TV activation fee which should have been waived when I enrolled for the new package online.
Prior to having my service installed, I called repeatedly for different reasons and was never advised of this fee.
I called Customer Service but they could not wave the fee and asked me to fax them a copy of the offer when I enrolled...which I don't know if I have.
I did not see this charge on the projected bill either.
I do not think this is fair and should have it reversed.
