Hi, I signed up for a new 2 year agreement after moving back in June 2015 and the promotion going at that time was a $400 VISA gift card. Well it is now February 7 2016 and I still have not received this card.
I have called countless times to numerous numbers and nobody can give me a straight answer on my issue. I have tried logging into the rewards website with no luck at all.
This is now aggravating and very poor customer service on Verizons end. I would like to know what is going on with my card and why it is taking this long to get it.
