This is regarding my verizon residential (internet only) account no. {edited for privacy}. This account has ended last month and I paid the ETF in the Jun 2014 bill.
I am writing this to let you know that despite my several calls with customer care I never received the copy of my Jun 2014 bill which displays the ETF chanrges. Everytime I called, they mentioned that they are dispatching it but I never received it. This is happening from past couple of months now. I am kind of tired of calling and requesting customer care so writing this on forum as I am not what should I do further for getting this simple thing done. I even chatted once with customer care and also saved the transcript of chat as proof. There is no issue with address or postal service as all other bills (Jul 2014) and communication are coming fine. Not sure whats the problem with that one. Can someone suggest if it will be possible to get a copy of Jun 2014 bill which shows ETF charges or any other document stating the ETF amount I paid. I appreciate any reply on this.
