Good Afternoon,
When I signed up for FIOS, there was a promotion to receive a VISA gift card. I received an email last night to redeem it. This morning, I went to the link to redeem thinking there would be an option to verify shipping. However, it was just accepted and sent to a processing state with expectation to receive it in next 2 weeks. The residence for my service does not receive mail, and after 2 hours of the phone with customer support this morning I was not able to resolve the issue. Is there anyway I can get this gift card shipped to the billing address on my account? Has anybody else encountered this issue with Verizon?
