I have been had Autopay for decades and never had a problem until July 2017. It was my July and August bills that Autopay didnot debit my credit card. I called and spoke with customer service and they said that my credit card changed - I explained it hadn't changed and that the bank said that VZ didn't attempt to charge the card. So my last correct payment was May 31, and the next was September 1 - and with it was a late payment fee. I would like that fee paid back, and this removed from my credit report.
