So our tv went out Sunday without any good reason, the chat person says its the stb and they are sending me a new one to arrive yesterday. Still no box. Try the"call back" help option. It calls, confirmed my account info, and hangs up. Three times.
Just got a letter from spectrum asking me to change over. Going to have to consider it.
Oh, and the store the rep gave me to go in person and swap out the box has hours that aren't the same as he told me AND only deals in wireless phone service. So, wasted trip.
All around sucky service.
Did i mention, still no new stb?
Yes. Not going to keep paying huge monthly bills for crappy service.
