Installing fios TV one mini STB (already successfully installed the fios TV one STB. The setup process for the mini gets stuck and then tells me "We were unable to connect your fios tv one mini." I've rebooted half a dozen times. Why won't the mini connect? OR What do I do next? The Verizon help/support pages are a fricking joke. I CANNOT find any info about what to do if the mini refuses to install. Sure would love any advice!
