I moved in February 2017 and I cancelled my internet with Verizon when I moved. I've been getting statements since March indicating that I'm owed a credit of $34.83. I've been calling since March and told each call "wait another month." No one would change my address even on the account. Now, 10 months later, I'm trying to get resolution and no one will help me. I spoke to a "manager" today Ms. Ward. She was so rude and completely unhelpful. She basically said, good luck to you on ever seeing your money. How on earth do I get my money refunded from Verizon?????? I know I'm telling everyone never to go with Verizon for anything. The service is horrible.
