I live in VA Beach and i am moving maybe 5-10 minutes away also in VA Beach. all of the homes on the surrounding streets have FIOS. My problem is my new address does not have FIOS. all of the lines are underground and the subdivision was built in 2000. Is there any way to get FIOS run to my new home? Is it possible the lines are already in place and no one else in the subdivision has yet opted to get FIOS? any help is appreciated.
