So I have seen a couple people post about this but have not seen any answers. I cannot get the Verizon Connections discount to go through. I enter my email address, get a link, click the link, and then log into my account. No where does it say or allow me to do anything to apply the discount.
I have called Verizon and they say, "sorry, the discount has to be applied through the website. You should see a 800 number to call if you get errors". Problem is I don't get errors and that number is nowhere to be found. To be told that you qualify for a discount but they can't apply it because the website isn't working and they don't know who to contact is unacceptable. I have been a Fios customer for a couple of days and I am already regretting it.
Someone please help
