Is anyone else having difficulty dealing with Verizon lately? I put in a full hour over two internet chats and two phone calls, and STILL can't even get a quote for renewing my internet/phone service. I've been cut off, been told systems are down, been told there's a glitch in my file, everything except "Hey we want to keep a longtime loyal customer, here's what renewing will cost you!"
Is it just me? Should I switch to Comcast or Optimum?
