So in order for me to cancel the service I have to call 844-837-2262.
This line is simply dead, I have called it multiple times and spent almost an infinite amount of time waiting on the line.
No voice mail, no estimated turn time, just music and advertisements.
And this is the only way to cancel service, it cannot be done online.
Verizon, seriously?
