I'm trying to get 100mbit service, nothing more. Although I've been a Verizon DSL customer in Massachusetts since before Verizon *became* Verizon, I have to put down a deposit. Which is fine, but nobody seems able to take my credit card number so that the order process can continue. The few humans I've talked with in chat just shrug and pass me on to someone else who can't help (and is often in the wrong department, too). So I'm stuck. How do I get UNstuck?
