National Directory Assistance

On my most recent bill there is a charge for "National Directory Assistance". If I have been charged for this in the past I overlooked it and since it is in the catagory of "Your One-Time Activities" I find it a bit perplexing. Can anyone tell me what this charge is for?

It's a charge for using their dirctory assistance.

Did anyone call 411?

If you or no one called to lookup a number then I'd call billing.
