When going into My Verizon and clicking 'Pay Bill', I am presented with a statement from Oct 2015 and cannot view any statements later than that. I called on 2/12 and was given a trouble ticket # {edited for privacy}. No one has contacted me since and the problem has not been fixed. Spent close to an hour on the phone today being passed around to 6 different people before I finally gave up and am trying this route. Please have someone who can actually assist with the problemcontact me.
