I have some questions for Verizon bill.
August 21 I called Verizon customer service to cancel the service.
August 22 receive a confirmation email from Verizon's. I think that after August 25 from Verizon Internet and television services should be stopped. That should begin after August 25 will not have any bills.
But I log on to the Verizon Online user platform, I found, verizon also still going on billing, and I received a paper bill from Verizon's.
I do not understand why this happens.
