microsoft solitaire collection will not connect to the internet without reboot

when I attempt to connect to the internet to play any of the games in microsoft solitaire collection I get a message we are having difficulty connecting to the internet. My internet works very well with any search or whatever activity on the internet except for this game. any suggestions? thanks.

That sounds crazy. I just tried playing the game on a windows 10 laptop and it connected just fine.

did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the Microsoft Solitaire? Sometimes that makes it function as it should.

another thing you can do is go to the Windows Forum and see what others have done.

Since other sites are not doing this on the fios service service it would be a Microsoft issue.
